Legal & Information
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how TELEGET handles personal information when you use teleget.uk, place an order, submit payment information, request support or use other website services.
1. What this Privacy Policy covers
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information handled through TELEGET's public website and the customer processes connected with it, including order requests, manual payment verification, subscription administration, private support tickets, Channel List requests and website analytics.
TELEGET is the public brand/trading name used on teleget.uk. The website does not provide a normal public customer-account registration system.
2. Information TELEGET may handle
Information you provide with an order
When you submit an order request, TELEGET may collect the information needed to process that request and provide the relevant setup information.
- Your name.
- Your email address and/or WhatsApp contact information.
- The Standard or Premium subscription selected.
- The selected subscription duration and number of connections.
- Device, player or setup information you choose to provide.
- Order information generated as the request is processed.
Subscription and service records
TELEGET may maintain records associated with an order or subscription, such as the selected plan, duration, connection quantity, order status, subscription status, activation or expiry information and relevant setup details.
Payment-related information and payment proof
TELEGET uses a manual payment process. Information handled in that process may include the amount due, payment status, payment-related correspondence, information used to match a payment to an order and a payment-proof image or PDF submitted by the customer.
Payment proof can contain personal or financial information. Please include only the information reasonably needed to identify the relevant transaction, and do not send passwords, PINs, full payment-card credentials, security codes or online-banking login details.
Where payment is completed through a third-party payment service, that provider may process information under its own privacy terms. TELEGET does not identify a provider here unless it is part of the customer's actual payment process.
Support tickets and communications
When you contact TELEGET through the support system, TELEGET may process your name, email address, optional WhatsApp/phone number, ticket category, subject, message, subsequent replies and other information reasonably required to investigate and respond to the request.
Support conversations are handled through private ticket functionality. If you choose to contact TELEGET through WhatsApp, information contained in those communications may also be processed by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy arrangements.
Channel List requests
The website allows visitors to request the TELEGET Channel List by providing an email address. TELEGET may process that email address and limited request information needed to deliver, administer and protect that feature from abuse.
A Channel List request is not treated as consent to receive unrelated marketing.
Technical, browser and security information
Limited technical information may be processed when you use the website, including an IP address or a security-derived representation of it, browser or device information, pages or features used and information required for website security, rate limiting, session protection and abuse prevention.
Google Analytics
The current TELEGET website uses Google Analytics to understand website usage and performance. Depending on the final analytics and consent configuration, Google may process information such as page interactions, session information, approximate location, browser and device information.
Cookies and browser storage
The website uses browser technologies for functions that include private support sessions, security, the Channel List interface and analytics. Some are required for website functionality or security; non-essential analytics technologies should be used in accordance with applicable consent requirements.
More detailed cookie information should be provided separately when TELEGET publishes a complete production cookie schedule. This policy does not invent cookie names, vendors or lifetimes that have not been confirmed.
Customer feedback and testimonials
TELEGET may receive customer comments or feedback through its support and communication channels. Where feedback is published, TELEGET will use it only in a manner consistent with the permission given and will avoid publishing unnecessary identifying information.
3. How TELEGET uses personal information
Depending on the interaction involved, TELEGET may use personal information to:
- receive, review and administer order requests;
- manage subscription and service records;
- provide payment instructions and manually verify payment proof;
- provide activation and setup information;
- communicate about an order, payment, subscription, support request, complaint or refund;
- operate private support-ticket functionality;
- deliver a Channel List that a visitor has requested;
- protect website forms, sessions and systems against abuse or unauthorised access;
- analyse website use and performance where permitted;
- maintain appropriate business and transaction records; and
- comply with legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal rights where necessary.
4. Legal bases for processing
The legal basis depends on why information is being processed. TELEGET may rely on:
- Contract or steps requested before a contract where information is needed to handle an order, payment, subscription, setup or related customer support.
- Legitimate interests where proportionate processing is reasonably needed for security, abuse prevention, order administration, manual payment verification, support, record management or dispute handling.
- Consent where consent is required, including certain non-essential analytics technologies or a particular use of customer feedback.
- Legal obligations where information must be processed to comply with applicable law.
5. Who information may be shared with
Personal information may be shared only where reasonably necessary for the relevant service or legal purpose. Depending on the interaction, this can include:
- the payment service used for the customer's transaction;
- website hosting, infrastructure or database providers;
- email-delivery providers;
- WhatsApp where that communication channel is used;
- Google in connection with Google Analytics;
- people authorised to administer TELEGET orders, payments, subscriptions or support;
- professional advisers where reasonably necessary; and
- courts, regulators or public authorities where disclosure is legally required.
TELEGET does not state that all information is stored or processed only in the United Kingdom. Some third-party services may process information in other countries, subject to the arrangements that apply to those providers and the relevant legal requirements.
6. Data security
TELEGET uses technical and organisational measures intended to protect information handled through the website. The current project includes measures for private support access, server-side validation, form security, rate limiting, restricted administrative access and validation of payment-proof uploads.
No internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Customers should also protect their own email, WhatsApp, device, payment and subscription credentials.
7. Data retention
TELEGET keeps personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected and for any additional period justified by subscription administration, customer support, transaction records, disputes, security or applicable legal obligations.
Different records may require different retention periods, so this policy does not state a single fixed period for every category. TELEGET will review information periodically and delete or anonymise it when it is no longer reasonably required for the relevant purpose, legal obligation, dispute or security need.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including rights to request access, correct inaccurate information, request deletion or restriction in applicable circumstances, object to certain processing, receive certain information in a portable format, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
These rights are not all absolute and can depend on why the information is being processed. TELEGET may need enough information to verify the identity of a person making a request before disclosing or changing personal information.
Email get@teleget.uk or contact TELEGET by WhatsApp at +212636353330.
9. Complaints
If you have a privacy concern, please contact TELEGET first so that the issue can be reviewed. Where UK data-protection law applies, you may also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
10. Changes to this Privacy Policy
TELEGET may update this policy when the website, service providers, business processes or legal requirements change. The latest version will show its last-updated date.
