Three clear paths
Teleget supports several devices and three connection methods. You do not need to read every guide before starting.

How setup works
The exact player interface can vary, but the setup logic stays consistent: use a compatible player and the private connection information supplied for your Teleget subscription.
Make sure the device you want to use is ready and connected before entering subscription information.
Teleget does not require one specific player. IBO Pro / IBO Player can be provided free for 12 months with the confirmed plan setup, but using IBO is optional.
Choose Portal, M3U or Xtream / Xtream Codes only when that method is supported by the player and matches the information supplied for your subscription.
Save the entry, let the player load it, and confirm that you are viewing the intended Teleget service or playlist before changing anything else.
Troubleshooting path
A short, ordered check is more useful than changing several settings at once.
Confirm the device itself is online, not just another phone or computer on the same network.
Make sure the player is expecting the same method as the Teleget information you were supplied.
URLs, usernames, passwords and other supplied values should be entered exactly. Do not substitute public example details.
Save the entry and reopen or reload the compatible player so you can see whether the service now appears.
If the problem remains, follow the device-specific checks above rather than applying instructions for a different platform.
Human support is available through WhatsApp and email. Share the device, player, selected setup method and the point where the process stops.
Do not post subscription credentials, playlist links or server information publicly. Use only the setup information supplied for your own Teleget subscription.
If setup succeeds but playback buffers, freezes or loses sync, use the IPTV buffering and playback troubleshooting guide for network, device, DNS and player checks.
