Legal & Information
Terms & Conditions
These Terms explain the rules that apply when you use teleget.uk, submit an order, make a manual payment and use a TELEGET subscription or related support service.
1. About these Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of teleget.uk and to TELEGET subscription orders where these Terms form part of the customer's order.
TELEGET is the public brand/trading name used on the website. TELEGET operates from the United Kingdom and can be contacted at get@teleget.uk or through WhatsApp at +212636353330.
2. Acceptance and website use
By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its security, private areas, order systems, payment systems or support facilities.
Customers should review these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy before completing an order or payment.
3. Orders, plans and pricing
TELEGET offers prepaid Standard and Premium subscription options in the plan lengths and connection quantities shown on the website. The plan, duration, number of connections, price and other order details presented to the customer when the order is submitted form part of that order.
TELEGET subscriptions are prepaid for the selected period. The current TELEGET website states that there is no automatic recurring rebilling: customers decide whether and when to renew.
Submitting an order request allows TELEGET to record and review the request. It does not mean that a subscription has already been activated or that payment has already been approved.
4. Customer information and communication
Customers must provide information that is reasonably accurate and sufficient to process their order. This can include name, email address, WhatsApp details, plan selection, duration, connection quantity and device/setup information.
TELEGET may use the contact method selected by the customer for order, payment, activation, setup, subscription and support communications. Customers are responsible for providing contact details they can access and for notifying TELEGET if an important order detail is incorrect.
Transactional order and support communication is not automatically consent to unrelated marketing.
5. Manual payment and verification
TELEGET uses a manual payment process. After an order is recorded, the customer may receive order-specific payment instructions through the website or the selected contact method.
Where payment proof is requested, the customer may submit an accepted image or PDF so TELEGET can manually compare the payment information with the relevant order. Uploading proof does not itself mean that the payment is approved or that the subscription is active.
TELEGET does not claim to use a particular automated fraud-detection system. Manual review may include checking the order, expected amount, payment status and the proof provided.
Customers should never send passwords, PINs, full payment-card security details, online-banking login credentials or other unnecessary payment secrets.
6. Activation and delivery
Payment approval and subscription activation are separate steps in the current TELEGET process. Once the relevant order and payment requirements have been satisfied, TELEGET can provide the subscription access and setup information associated with the order.
TELEGET does not promise a fixed or "instant" activation time in these Terms. Customers should check the email address and/or WhatsApp contact supplied with the order for payment, activation and setup information.
7. Setup assistance
TELEGET may provide reasonable help with configuring compatible devices, applications or connection methods for the customer's subscription.
Setup assistance does not make TELEGET responsible for:
- repairing a customer's television, phone, computer, streaming device, router or other hardware;
- fixing an unrelated broadband, mobile-data or internet-provider problem;
- repairing or administering the customer's home network;
- supporting hardware or software that is not supported for the relevant setup;
- recovering an account controlled by a third-party application provider;
- paying third-party application, device or account fees unless the purchased plan expressly includes them; or
- problems caused solely by the customer's own device, internet connection or third-party application.
This does not remove TELEGET's responsibility for a material service problem that is reasonably attributable to TELEGET.
8. Third-party applications and devices
Customers may use devices, applications or software supplied and controlled by third parties. Unless expressly stated otherwise, TELEGET is not the manufacturer, developer or operator of those products.
Third-party applications or services may change, become unavailable, change pricing, require separate activation or accounts, alter compatibility or impose their own terms. TELEGET cannot control changes made independently by a third-party provider.
Providing setup guidance for a third-party application or device does not mean TELEGET owns or operates it.
9. Customer responsibilities and acceptable use
Customers are responsible for providing accurate order information, protecting private subscription details, maintaining suitable equipment and internet access, and using the subscription consistently with the plan and connection quantity purchased.
Customers must not deliberately:
- bypass website or account security;
- attempt unauthorised access to another person's information;
- interfere with TELEGET systems;
- submit deliberately false payment evidence;
- send malware or harmful material;
- abuse support systems; or
- use TELEGET systems for unlawful activity.
10. Service limitations
The operation of a digital subscription can be affected by matters outside TELEGET's reasonable control, including the customer's internet connection, Wi-Fi or home-network conditions, device capability, third-party application problems, third-party updates or changes made by device and software providers.
A problem caused solely by one of those external factors does not automatically mean that TELEGET has failed to provide the service. This section does not exclude responsibility for a genuine material problem that is reasonably TELEGET's responsibility.
11. Cancellation, renewal, suspension and termination
TELEGET plans are prepaid for the selected term and the current website states that they do not automatically renew. A customer who does not want another subscription period can simply choose not to renew.
Refund or early-ending requests are handled under the Refund Policy and any mandatory rights that apply by law.
These Terms do not set out any additional general suspension or termination schedule for active subscriptions. Any additional restriction or termination condition would need to be properly communicated before it could form part of a customer's order, and nothing in this section removes rights that apply under law.
12. Refunds
TELEGET maintains a separate commercial Refund Policy. It explains the full-refund arrangement during the first 24 hours after a subscription begins, the separate 7-day commercial refund period that follows, and the later partial-refund approach that may apply to longer subscriptions where a qualifying material problem is TELEGET's responsibility.
13. Intellectual property and third-party references
References on teleget.uk to third-party applications, devices, brands or services are used to identify compatibility, setup or functionality where relevant. Those references do not by themselves mean TELEGET owns or operates the third party concerned.
These Terms do not state or imply that TELEGET owns television channels, films, series, sports rights, PPV rights or other third-party copyrighted content, or that TELEGET holds broadcaster licences, distribution agreements or specific content licences.
14. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict liability where doing so would be unlawful.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, TELEGET is not responsible for a loss caused solely by circumstances outside its reasonable control, such as failure of the customer's own internet connection, defective customer-owned hardware, unsupported third-party software, independent third-party changes or the customer's failure to protect private credentials.
This section does not exclude TELEGET's responsibility for its own breach, negligence or another liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. No artificial financial liability cap is created by these Terms.
15. Statutory consumer rights
These Terms and TELEGET's commercial policies operate alongside any consumer rights that apply by law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove, restrict or replace a right that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
TELEGET operates from the United Kingdom. These Terms do not select a specific UK jurisdiction where doing so has not been legally established. Any mandatory law or jurisdiction that applies to the customer or transaction remains unaffected.
17. Changes to these Terms
TELEGET may update these Terms for future website use and future orders. The current version will display its last-updated date. A later update will not be used to retrospectively remove rights that already apply to an existing order where doing so would be unlawful.
