Smart TV setup

Set up Teleget on a Smart TV.

Use this guide to connect Teleget on a supported Smart TV with a compatible IPTV player. Player availability can vary by TV environment, so use the compatible player and setup method that match the details supplied with your order.

Before you start

Have your Teleget setup details ready.

After ordering, Teleget sends your subscription information and setup guidance by email and/or WhatsApp. You can use a compatible existing IPTV player, or follow the recommended-player guidance supplied for your setup. IBO Pro or IBO Player may be provided free for 12 months, but using IBO is not mandatory.

1. Open your compatible IPTV player

Open the compatible IPTV player you use on your Smart TV. If you need a player, follow the player guidance Teleget provides after ordering for your supported TV environment.

2. Use the setup method supplied for your subscription

Teleget supports Portal, M3U and Xtream / Xtream Codes. Choose the method that your compatible player supports and that matches the setup information sent with your order.

3. Enter your details exactly as supplied

Use only the subscription information Teleget sends to you. Do not substitute example server addresses, playlist links or login details from public guides.

4. Save the setup and open your Teleget content

Once the player accepts the supplied details, save the connection and allow the player to load the subscription information available through your plan.

Setup methods

Portal, M3U or Xtream — use the method that fits your player.

The correct method depends on the compatible player and the information provided after ordering. The setup-methods guide explains the three supported options without exposing private subscription details.

If your details are not accepted

Check that each value has been entered exactly as supplied and that the player supports the method you are trying to use. If your player uses a different supported method, follow the corresponding Teleget setup details instead.

If a Premium playlist has an issue

Premium includes three playlists for fallback and continuity. If one supplied playlist has an issue, you can switch to another supplied playlist. Standard includes one playlist. The three-playlist structure is a practical fallback feature only.

If you still need setup help

Teleget provides human setup assistance through WhatsApp and email. Use the support information provided with your order if you need help completing the setup.
