Setup methods

Portal, M3U and Xtream setup methods for Teleget.

Teleget supports three setup methods for compatible IPTV players and devices: Portal, M3U and Xtream / Xtream Codes. The correct option depends on the player you use and the subscription information supplied after ordering.

Three supported options

Use the connection type supplied for your compatible player.

Do not copy server addresses, credentials or playlist links from public examples. Teleget sends the setup information that belongs to your subscription after you order.

Portal

Portal setup uses the portal connection information supplied with your Teleget subscription in a compatible player or device environment that supports this method.

M3U

M3U setup uses the playlist information supplied after ordering. Enter the Teleget details exactly as provided into a compatible player that accepts M3U setup.

Xtream / Xtream Codes

Xtream setup uses the account connection details supplied for your subscription. Add the provided fields to a compatible player that supports Xtream / Xtream Codes.

Choosing a method

Let the device, player and supplied details determine the setup.

Teleget does not require every customer to use one specific player. If your existing compatible IPTV player supports the setup method provided for your subscription, you can continue using it.

Recommended-player guidance

IBO Pro or IBO Player is provided free for 12 months with Teleget plans, but it is not mandatory. You may continue using another compatible IPTV player if you prefer.

Keep your subscription details private

Portal information, playlist links and account credentials are customer-specific setup information. Enter only the details supplied for your subscription and avoid sharing them publicly.
